On September 15, Vasiloaica Estate hosted one of the most anticipated events of the season, "Grape Harvesting." On a sunny autumn day, our guests enjoyed an authentic experience, blending the age-old traditions of grape picking with relaxation, music, and recreational activities for all ages.
Grape Harvesting and Must Tasting
The event began with the main activity – harvesting grapes from our very own vineyard. Guests, both adults and children, had the opportunity to take part in this traditional experience, guided by our experienced staff. In the fresh air of the estate, filled with the fragrant scent of the vineyards, participants enjoyed the simple yet rewarding autumn tradition of grape picking. Once the baskets were full, we celebrated our efforts by tasting freshly pressed must – a sweet, natural drink that added joy and flavor to the event.
Wine Tasting from Domeniul Aristitei
One of the highlights of the day was the wine tasting offered by Domeniul Aristitei. Guests had the opportunity to savor a refined selection of local wines, while learning more about the art of winemaking directly from the experts who guided us through this sensory experience. The rich aromas and subtle fruity notes perfectly complemented the rustic and relaxing atmosphere of the estate.

To maintain the authentic and relaxed atmosphere of the event, guests were treated to traditional Romanian dishes, carefully prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
