Reservation
The reservation can be made via the website or by phone. After the advance payment is made, the dates are blocked, and the booking is confirmed.
Advance Payment
Any reservation is validated upon payment of a 50% advance of the total amount. If the cancellation complies with the policy below, the advance will be refunded within a maximum of 10 business days. Final Payment – The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before check-in. Last-Minute Bookings – If the check-in date is less than 14 days away, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days before arrival. In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
